Energy Spas, Ah^TM sessions are designed to treat you to experiencing more harmony and balance in your life from the comfort of your own home. Every season, there are three (3) choices for sessions you can participate to relieve stress, remove obstacles and create a greater sense of well-being.

Sustenance for the Season: This session will give you more harmonizing energy in each season.

Possibilities and Potential: This session works to energetically supporting your specific intentions.

Accessing the Jewel of the Season: This session works with the core essence of an aspect of a season.

*As an example, in summer when Fire Element is prominent, the focus is love, intimacy, safety, trust, and connection. The Fire Element session focuses on enhancing relationships on the personal, business and community levels.

This is how it works:

When you register for these Energy Spas, you will be sent a Questionnaire to focus the energy of the session.

After the session is done, you will receive a recording with the notes so that you can listen to the work and the Positive Actions from the comfort of your own home. All of the actions come from the natural world: color, light, sound, fragrance, movement or energetic balancing, and help integrate the work. You can access this information from your email inbox when it is convenient for you.

These are Group PROXY sessions which means that your intentions and issues will be worked with in each session through the Resonance Repatterning System as the session is completed.

Each Group Repatterning is only $30.00. Extended Group Mini-Spa Sessions are only $50.00
